Room Hire

The Fine Rooms, Library and Gallery  of our Grade II* Listed headquarters are available for hire. They are ideal venues for symposia, lectures, presentations, product launches, conferences, lunches, dinners and receptions, giving your guests a memorable experience at London’s premier pan-Asian organisation.

The building’s interior is Adamesque in style, with filigree plasterwork, inset classical paintings and elaborate marble chimneypieces. The rooms retain many of their original features – including bookcases designed by Sir John Soane and plaster cornicing – while other parts of the building have been modernised in line with English Heritage recommendations, specifically to create café and gallery spaces.

Our Events team offer a bespoke service, who will support you throughout your event with flexibility and a personal touch.  Asia House offers a complete range of audio-visual equipment and services.

Organisations that have used Asia House as a venue for their events include BP, Benoy, Boston Consulting Group, British Council, BSI, Macmillan Publishing, Shangri La Hotels.

If you are considering holding an event at Asia House, please contact us to arrange a tour.
