Business & Policy Content Producer, Asia House

Asia House, the centre of expertise on trade, investment and public policy, is looking for a Content Producer to join its Business and Policy team. The Content Producer will support the production of Business and Policy events, which aims to drive political, commercial and economic engagement between Europe and Asia.

The Business and Policy team at Asia House delivers more than 50 thought leadership events per year at our headquarters in London, from private roundtable discussions to large conferences. Asia House also produces at least two international conferences each year and events at other venues in the UK. In addition, the Business and Policy team produces publications and offers advisory services.

We are looking for a skilled content producer to work across our range of events. The successful candidate is likely to have knowledge and understanding of international relations and multinational businesses.

The post will offer opportunities to work with well-known multinational companies, institutions and governments as part of an established and highly- respected thought leadership programme.

The Asia House Business and Policy team has a number of contract and freelance opportunities available to support the running of our world-class events programme.

We are looking for applicants with a range of skills, from administrative and event production to business development and stakeholder management.  Successful applicants must be proactive, well-organised, flexible and excellent team players. They may be asked to complete a range of tasks, from contacting potential speakers and greeting senior officials to basic research and other functions required to produce high-quality business events.   Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Word, Excel and databases are also essential.

We are also open to graduates who are looking to start their career in a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.
