The Big Game Changer: Technology in Global Trade

Fintech, blockchain and AI are rapidly changing the way in which companies do international business. This panel will explore the revolution unfolding in the global business environment. It will look at how government and industry can collaborate to develop these tech ecosystems that can foster innovation, transform value chains and drive trade and global growth more widely.

Shifting Energy Trends: The Rise of Renewables

The continuing growth in renewable energy around the world creates challenges for major oil economies in the Middle East, which are under pressure to diversify. With Asian markets such as China establishing themselves as leaders in renewable technologies, the Middle East’s pivot to Asia will be crucial in their diversification efforts. This panel will unpack these issues and identify the forces shaping the rise of renewables.
