The Straits Times Asia Report sheds light on AI, cyber security and more

    Published On: 30 October 2019

The latest issue of the ST Asia Report – which curates analysis and features on the region – will be available at the upcoming Asia House Global Trade Dialogue in Singapore. The latest issue of ST Asia Report looks at key developments across tech in the region, from advances in Artificial Intelligence to the rise of killer robots. Trends in cyber security, as well as the latest on Beijing tapping into new media platforms to reach younger audiences, also feature.

The monthly publication was launched in 2017 to tell the story of a changing Asia which is growing at a rapid pace. Through independent insights on the region, the thought leadership publication provides influencers and decision makers with the latest perspectives and happenings from Asia.

Previous editions of the Straits Times Asia Report have shed light on the smart cities, ASEAN’s new tech giants, the Trump-Kim Summit, and the elections in Indonesia, India and Thailand.

ST Asia Report editor Shefali Rekhi said: “The Straits Times has been covering the region for decades now and we want to showcase our efforts for a wider audience, to be able to improve their knowledge and understanding of this complex region.”

The Straits Times is the official media partner for the Asia House Global Trade Dialogue, taking place in Singapore on 7 November 2019. The latest issue of the Asia Report will be available at the conference.
