Asia House will hold an exclusive in-person briefing with Christopher Hui, Secretary for Financial Services and The Treasury of Hong Kong, on Tuesday, 18 April.
Christopher Hui’s UK trip is Hong Kong’s first ministerial level visit to the UK in three years and is part of Hong Kong’s drive to re-engage global businesses after years of pandemic restrictions
Participants will be briefed about Hong Kong’s plans to expand green bond issuance fivefold, including the issuance of the world’s first digital green bond, as well as Hong Kong’s role driving sustainable finance throughout the Greater Bay Area.
This briefing, which will be held in-person for Asia House Corporate Members as part of the Asia House COP28 Programme, will provide a unique opportunity to engage with Secretary Hui directly on critical policy issues and will be moderated by Asia House Chief Executive Michael Lawrence.
