Keynote:
Geoffrey Spence, Chief Executive, Infrastructure UK has worked both in private sector infrastructure finance and in Whitehall. From 1995 to 2002 he worked for Deutsche Bank as a Managing Director. He later moved to the public sector as the head of the Treasury’s PFI Policy and Private Finance unit for 2 years, before taking a role as Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure at HSBC between 2004 and 2007.
