Partnering with Asia for global innovation

Innovation matters. In an increasingly globalised world, developing new ideas, products and services is key to remaining competitive. Asia is home to some of the world’s fastest-growing economies and is rapidly rising up the global rankings, with one fifth of the most innovative markets in the world located in the region, according to the Global Innovation Index 2014 (GII). Through forming cross-border partnerships, international and Asian companies are able to mutually benefit and gain competitive advantage. Such partnerships are equally flourishing in the areas of academia and intergovernmental relations, as institutions and governments prioritise advancements in technology, systems and new ways of thinking to foster sustainable growth.
This Signature Conference, organised in partnership with Rio Tinto, brings together world-class innovators for a stimulating discussion on the future of Asia as an innovation hub and the potential for increased transcontinental cooperation. Join leading business leaders, policymakers and entrepreneurs to discuss how they are tapping into the Asian market to realise international growth and development.
