A delegation from Vietnam led by the Deputy Prime Minister HE Mr Vu Van Ninh met with senior representatives from Asia House’s Corporate Members for a private lunch on Monday 14 April.
The lunch, held under the Chatham House Rule and chaired by Asia House CEO Michael Lawrence, gave members the opportunity to raise any questions and queries they had relating to business interests in Vietnam with the Deputy Prime Minister.
The Deputy Prime Minister was accompanied by HE Mr Vu Quang Minh, Vietnam Ambassador to the UK; Mr Pham Viet Muon, Deputy Head of Government Office; Mr Ha Kim Ngoc, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs; Mr Cao Quoc Hung, Vice Minister of Commerce and Industry; Mr Do Hoang Anh Tuan, Vice Minister of Finance; Mr Dao Minh Tu, Deputy Governor, State Bank of Vietnam; and Ms Le Linh Lan, Deputy Director General, Department of Europe, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The lunch was attended by representatives from Asia House’s Corporate Members including the CEO of Prudential Vietnam Jack Howell, the CEO of Standard Chartered Vietnam Nirukt Sapru, and others.
